1. What do we do when our department purchases a new vehicle?

2. How do I know when my Nye County vehicle preventative maintenance needs to be performed?

In Pahrump: The vehicle has a label on the dash with the next schedule mileage and a code for which maintenance is needed.

In Tonopah: The vehicle has a label on the windshield high on the driver's side with the next scheduled mileage and which maintenance is needed.

3. How do I schedule the maintenance appointment or unexpected repair that might be needed on my County vehicle?

In Pahrump, contact Brad / Shop at (775) 751-4260 or e-mail him at badams@co.nye.nv.us to set an appointment. You will need to know the five digit number off the back bumper and the maintenance needed which is shown on the sticker on the dash (example: A1, A2, B2, etc.).

In Tonopah, contact Shane/ Shop at (775) 482-7337. You will need to know the three digit equipment number from the back right rear of the vehicle and the maintenance needed which is shown on the same sticker on the windshield (example: A1, A2, B2, etc.).
