The Pahrump Regional Planning Commission will be holding a public hearing Wednesday, May 15th starting at 6:00 P.M. in the Nye County Board of Commissioners Chambers located at 2100 E. Walt Williams Drive, Pahrump, Nevada. You are invited to attend and participate in this public hearing.

The Planning Commission will be hearing the following items:

All interested parties may attend and speak concerning this matter. Written comments may be addressed to the Nye County Planning Department, 250 North Highway 160, Suite 1, Pahrump, Nevada, 89060;or by e-mail to (please place the application number(s) indicated in this Notice in any correspondence subject line).  Should any party desire to submit written documents to the Planning- or County – Commission, comments must be submitted to staff no later than 4:30 p.m. on the Wednesday prior to the Planning Commission meeting.  Any party submitting comments after such time must provide 20 copies to be made available for the Commission, Petitioner, Staff and the Public, at the scheduled meeting, submittal of additional materials is subject to Commission approval.

                The Pahrump Regional Planning Commission will be holding a Special
                Public hearing on Wednesday, April 17th at 2:00 P.M. in the Nye 
                County Board of Commissioners Chambers located at 2100 E. Walt
                Williams Drive, Pahrump, Nevada. You are invited to attend and 
                participate in this public hearing. 

                The Planning Commission will be hearing the following item: 

                CU-13-0003: Conditional Use Permit (CUP) application to allow a Propane 
                           Bottling Facility (Pinnacle Propane) on property in the Heavy Industrial (HI)
                           Zoning District, per NCC 17.04.440.E., located at 1850 E. Basin Avenue,
                           further described as Parcel 2 of File Map #487360, Section 11, Township 20 
                           South, Range 53 East. Ray & Irene Wulfenstein Trust – Property Owners. 
                           Double M Construction – Applicant/Agent. AP# 35-191-52.

                All interested parties may attend and speak concerning this matter.

The Pahrump Regional Planning Commission was created to carry out the provisions of NRS 278.10 through 278.630, inclusive, and to act on planning-related issues with the specific authority establised by the Board of County Commissioners in Section 16.24.030.c.
