PAHRUMP JAIL FRONT OFFICE AND PADDED CELL CONSTRUCTION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Nye County Board of Commissioners, on behalf of the County of Nye, State of Nevada, (herein called the “COUNTY”) invites RESPONSES for the construction of the Pahrump Jail Front Office and Padded Cell Construction. The construction will consist of Restroom Facilities, Interior Booking Facility, Installation of two Padded Cells, and all necessary plumbing, concrete, masonry, metals, required permitting and fees.

There will be a MANDATORY Pre-Bid meeting for this project to be held on January 12, 2021 at 10:00 a.m.

Bids will be received by the COUNTY at the Nye County Finance Department, 2101 E. Calvada Blvd., Suite 200, Pahrump, Nevada 89048, until 1:30 p.m. January 22, 2021 Bids received after the deadline will not be honored, regardless of when postmarked or sent. Bid opening will commence at 1:30 p.m. January 22, 2021, at the Nye County Finance Department, 2101 E. Calvada Blvd., Suite 200, Pahrump, Nevada 89048; mailing address:  Nye County Finance Department, Attn: Danielle McKee, Purchasing and Contracts Administrator 2101 E. Calvada Blvd., Suite 200, Pahrump, Nevada 89048. It is anticipated a contract will be awarded on or about February 2, 2021, pending approval by the Nye County Board of Commissioners. Envelopes containing the bids must be sealed and addressed to the Nye County Finance Department, 2101 E. Calvada Blvd., Suite 200, Pahrump, Nevada 89048, and labeled:
